『揚げ鯖のきのこあんかけ』☆魚嫌いでも美味しく食べれる鯖の竜田揚げ!きのこあんかけ☆

今回は魚嫌いもお勧めの鯖料理です!!
我が家の子供は魚をあまり好んでたべないですが
このレシピならペロッと食べちゃいます!w
揚げる手間はありますがカリッとした揚げ魚にきのこのあんかけが
抜群に合って美味しい一品です!!
少なめの油で揚げ焼しても美味しいですよ~!

☆揚げ鯖のきのこあんかけ☆(4人前)
鯖 3枚
(醤油少々/片栗粉適量)
人参 1/5本くらい
舞茸 1/3P
南瓜 薄切り4切れ
スナップエンドウ 4本
水 大さじ3 / 酢 小さじ2
砂糖 小さじ2 / 醤油 大さじ2
水溶き片栗粉 1:1
万能ねぎ 少々
